Who we are
Vanwright is a small workshop at Unit 3, Cooper’s Yard, Kiln Row, Pellmarrow. You can reach us at workshop@example.org or +1 555 0100. This page explains what we do with the details you give us.
What we collect
When you use the quote form or the van question form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you tell us about your van and how you travel. If you write or call us, we keep a note of that too.
The website records simple page counts so we can see which pages are read. It does not follow you around other sites, and it does not build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your message, plan and price a build, arrange a visit, and carry out the work if you go ahead. We also keep records of finished builds so we can support them afterwards. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails you did not ask for.
Who sees it
The four people who work here can see your details. We may share them with a supplier only when needed to order a part for your van, and then only what that order needs. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
If you ask for a quote and do not go ahead, we delete your details after twelve months. If we build your van, we keep the build sheet and your contact details for as long as the van is likely to need support, and we will delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to workshop@example.org and we will do it within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we handled something, tell us first and we will try to put it right.
Changes to this page
If we change what we do with your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
